So the production conditions for processing rubber parts with irregular shapes need to be adjusted appropriately at any time. If not, there may be differences in the quality of rubber parts.

When processing and forming irregular rubber parts, they undergo tremendous compression because the elastic force cannot be eliminated. During the forming process, there is often a great deal of unstable shrinkage, which needs to be relieved and stabilized after a period of time. So, when designing rubber accessories, whether it is the formula or the mold, careful calculation and coordination are necessary. If not, it is very easy to cause unstable size of rubber accessories, resulting in a decrease in the quality of rubber accessories.

3. Processing of irregular rubber parts requires the use of rubber raw materials for internal mixing machine to produce mixed rubber as raw materials. During the rubber mixing process, the formula needs to be made according to the characteristics of the rubber parts, and the required product hardness needs to be set. The processing and molding of irregular rubber parts are carried out by a rubber flat vulcanizing machine through compression molding. After the processing and molding of irregular rubber parts, trimming treatment is required to make the surface of the product smooth and free of burrs.
