The characteristics of rubber parts determine their use. It is generally known that rubber products are made from methyl vinyl silicone rubber as the base rubber, with various fillers (heat-resistant agents, reinforcing agents, modifiers, etc.) added through production processes such as filtration, molding, mixing, extrusion, lamination, sulfurization, and bonding. The products of vulcanized rubber have the following characteristics:

1. Electrical insulation performance: Silicone rubber has excellent dielectric properties, especially at high temperatures, its dielectric performance greatly exceeds that of general organic rubber, and its dielectric strength is almost unaffected by temperature in the range of 20-200 ℃.

2. Excellent high-temperature compression permanent deformation.

3. With good processing performance and easy molding, various products can be produced through methods such as extrusion hot air vulcanization molding, mold addition molding, and extension molding.

4. High and low temperature resistance: It can be used for a long time at 200 ℃ and still has elasticity at -60 ℃.

5. Excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, and UV radiation resistance, no cracking occurs when used outdoors for a long time. It is generally believed that silicone rubber can be used outdoors for more than 20 years.
